Delivered remotely over 6 weeks. You will learn the fundamentals of change management and actively work with a change during the program, which provides immediate impact for you and your organisation.

Being a project member means that you can handle your part of the production work. You need to clarify and establish commitments, co-operate, plan your work, be available for follow-up and actively participate in meetings.

Classroom Training and Online Learning

PPS Remote courses

PPS has developed and delivered a wide range of training courses online. Here, you can learn more about our approach and read feedback from some of our course participants. Our online courses are instructor-led and combine seminars, videos, quizzes, group exercises and individual reflection. The courses are delivered interactively using our web-based tools: the PPS Learning Platform, PPS OnLine and video conferencing software. The PPS Learning Platform provides a clear overview of the course structure, progress and schedule. Before the course begins, you will receive login details so that you can complete any preparatory activities and familiarise yourself with the platform. PPS OnLine contains the theoretical material covered during the course. PPS OnLine is our online implementation of the PPS Model. You can read more about PPS OnLine here. We use Microsoft Teams for video meetings. It is available both as a web client and as a desktop application, making it easy to get started. Teams also allows us to create breakout rooms for group exercises, where our trainers can join participants to provide support and answer questions. To make the training as engaging and interactive as possible, we recommend that all participants keep their cameras switched on throughout the course. This helps create a more dynamic learning experience, even when participants are joining from different locations.
