Our capital allocation principles enable us to focus on growth while delivering attractive shareholder returns. The company aims to distribute dividend representing 60-80% of net profit.

Free float for Tieto share is high. Currently, Silchester and Solidium with a holding of above 10% are the largest shareholders.
