Ethical conduct and integrity are fundamental to how we operate. Our Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for ethical behaviour and forms the foundation for all our policies and procedures.

Ethical values and responsible work practices are a vital part of our daily operations. We have zero tolerance for unethical behaviour, and our ethical principles are clearly set out in our Code of Conduct, which underpins all our policies and procedures.
Business ethics go beyond complying with laws and regulations. They guide how we treat each other and how we engage with customers, partners, and society. Our approach is designed to foster a culture of transparency and openness, where people feel included, empowered, and able to influence their work and contribute to a positive and inspiring working environment.

Our Code of Conduct defines the ethical standards that apply to all employees, in all countries where we operate. Everyone is expected to understand the Code and act in accordance with it and its supporting rules.
Companies under our control, and their employees, are also required to adhere to the Code. We actively promote these principles with all parties involved in our services, products, and business activities. Our expectations for suppliers and business partners are further detailed in the Supplier Code of Conduct.
Where legislation does not provide clear guidance, we follow our Code of Conduct, which is grounded in our values and aligned with internationally recognized standards. If there is a conflict between mandatory law and the principles of the Code, we apply the higher standard to support sustainable and responsible operations.
Breaches of the law, our Code of Conduct, or related policies are not tolerated. We encourage employees, customers, and other stakeholders to speak up and report concerns related to potential violations.
All reports are handled confidentially and investigated appropriately. Our whistleblowing channel enables anonymous reporting while maintaining the possibility for follow‑up communication, if additional information is needed.
We are committed to a speak‑up culture where people feel safe to raise concerns. Anyone reporting in good faith, or cooperating in an investigation, will not face retaliation. When in doubt, we encourage everyone to speak up.
We explore the opportunities of artificial intelligence and generative AI in line with our ethical values, security requirements, and privacy standards. Our work is governed by clear policies, including our Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy, User Security Rule, AI policy, and IT policies.
These frameworks help ensure compliance with applicable legislation, including GDPR, support responsible data use, and protect confidential information for our customers and our own operations. When developing and implementing AI solutions, we follow relevant quality and risk standards and align with evolving regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act.
