Tieto to modernize case management and records administration at 13 hospitals in South-Eastern Norway

South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority (Helse Sør-Øst) has selected Tieto's Public 360° solution to establish a shared platform for case management and records administration across 13 hospitals in the region. The agreement aims to support more efficient work processes, increased standardization, and provide a foundation for further digitalization.

Tieto has been awarded the contract to deliver the Public 360° case and records management solution to 13 hospitals within Helse Sør-Øst. The agreement also includes options for additional implementations across the region.

The solution will help consolidate and modernize the management of documents, information, and administrative processes across the health trusts. The objective is to establish a common platform that enables more standardized workflows and creates better conditions for future development and automation.

Laying the Foundation for the Future of Information Governance
Public 360° is Tieto's cloud-based platform for case and records management, designed to support both efficient document administration and compliance with public-sector requirements for archiving and transparency. The solution offers, among other features, automated document capture, process automation, integration capabilities through APIs, and artificial intelligence as an integrated part of the service.

Agreement with a Long-Term Perspective

The initial agreement is valued at approximately NOK 12 million over four years. Including options and a potential maximum contract duration of ten years, the total contract value could reach up to NOK 30 million. In addition, project deliveries valued at approximately NOK 10 million will be carried out.
