Share buyback programme

The purpose of the buyback programme is to maintain an efficient capital structure of the company in line with the company’s capital allocation principles.

The programme will be carried out on the following main terms:

• Amount to be used: EUR 150 million
• Duration: From 13 February 2026 at the earliest and end by 31 March 2027 at the latest
• Price: market price formed in public trading on Nasdaq Helsinki
• The shares will be repurchased on Nasdaq Helsinki Stock Exchange
• The repurchased shares will be cancelled on a monthly basis

Since the beginning of the programme, Tieto has cancelled  3 160 000 treasury shares. The cancellation has reduced the total number of shares and votes to 115 480 150.
