AI support helps municipal care staff stay present in the meeting and document more clearly. Write or dictate directly in Lifecare.

We’re seeing both more documentation and better quality, which has been very positive.
Lifecare AI Documentation Support combines practical help with care records and support for quality improvement. The feature is available in Lifecare Provider and LMO, while staff remain responsible for their documentation.
Write or dictate, get help while shaping the record and see suggestions for possible follow-up actions.
Dictate a note in LMO after a visit. Speech is transcribed when recording ends, so staff can avoid typing on a phone screen.
AI suggests clearer wording and a heading that reflects the note. Staff can compare suggestions with the original and choose what to use.
After signing, AI can suggest a deviation report or healthcare request based on content and permissions.
Documentation needs vary by situation and role. These examples show how Lifecare AI Documentation Support can help care staff in their work and give managers a basis for follow-up and learning.
Security and responsibility
The feature follows Lifecare’s role-based access controls and can be used with on-premises operation or as a cloud service.
Care record data remains stored in Lifecare within the EU. Audio and text are processed temporarily in Microsoft Azure and automatically deleted when processing is complete; customer data is not used to train the AI.
Staff review and sign each note. The AI does not make decisions.
