Guanhao High-Tech's old Manufacturing Execution System (MES) was unable to achieve continuous integration of business information data from various departments, and its level of management granularity no longer serves the company's current strategy or meet digital development and future growth needs.
Through a unified platform and data management, Guanhao can achieve centralized production plan management, improving the coordination and overall efficiency of multiple bases and production lines. This helps optimize resource utilization and reduces conflicts and resource waste between production lines. With the application of the TIPS MES system, we can better manage enterprise resources and make more informed decisions, enhancing the overall efficiency and sustainable development of production operations.

About the customer
Guanhao High-Tech, a listed company established in 1993, is the first Chinese company to produce thermal material on a large scale. It is also the most advanced large-scale production base in China for carbonless copy paper, label stock material, and sublimation paper. The company has announced major new capacity investments in pulp, board, and specialty papers. The company has more than a decade-long history of good cooperation with Tieto.
