The focus for the for the coming years is to digitalize and automate processes in order to increase the level and range of services for both citizens and professionals within healthcare and social care.
- We’re happy and proud that IVO has chosen Tieto as its development and digitalization partner. A large part of the agreement focuses on innovation and we are convinced that our long experience of health and medical care together with our expertise in digitization will deliver great value to IVO, says Lars Richter, acting head of public sector, Tieto.
- In order for IVO to achieve its goals in 2020, we have to utilize the potential of digitization to create reliable services and efficient processes. Thereby we can contribute to good and safe social and health care. Tieto has in its tender shown to be a good partner for our work going forward and we have gotten a very good impression in the initial work with Tieto. Being able to interact with us as well as our other suppliers is an important parameter to us, says Sofia Palmér, IT manager, IVO.
