Managing sustainability
Managing sustainability with strong governance, compliance and transparency
We integrate environmental, social and financial responsibility across our operations, enabling sustainable outcomes for customers and society.
Our approach
We integrate environmental, social and financial responsibility into our daily work to meet stakeholder expectations and support sustainable outcomes for customers and society. Strong governance, compliance and clear processes guide how we operate and deliver impact.
Our ambition goes beyond regulatory requirements. We are committed to contributing to a fair and sustainable transition, and aim to reach higher standards than what legislation alone demands.
How we govern sustainability

Our sustainability work is coordinated by the Sustainability team and guided by the Sustainability Steering Group, chaired by the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO). The group brings together different functions to ensure diverse perspectives and stakeholder needs are reflected.
We aim for balanced gender representation and a mix of younger and experienced leaders. The CSO leads daily sustainability activities, owns related policies and reports to the CFO.
Our Sustainability Pledge sets our long‑term direction.
Committed to global norms and frameworks
We align our sustainability practices and reporting with international norms, frameworks and legislation covering anti-corruption, the environment, human rights and labour rights.
Our sustainability approach is thereby founded on the Double Materiality analysis as outlined in the CSRD, principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and aligned with the UN’s Global Sustainable Development Goals.
We are aligned with the CSRD Directive and report according to the ESRS standard.
