Tieto Caretech will deliver their Lifecare solutions and related system support, to service providers within social services, elderly care, and municipal healthcare in the City of Stockholm. The agreement is valid for up to 13 years and includes the implementation and further development of system support for the city’s welfare operations.
The welfare sector is facing increasing demands, partly due to demographic changes and challenges in workforce supply. In this context, there is a need for digital solutions that can support documentation, planning, and coordination within operations.
The agreement includes several subsystems within Tieto Caretech’s Lifecare portfolio: Lifecare Service Provider, Lifecare Healthcare, Lifecare Planning, and Lifecare Mobile Care. The solutions are designed to provide structured and secure support in daily work and to contribute to efficient workflows, from planning and follow-up to documentation and mobile work.
Lifecare is a portfolio of flexible and collaborative software solutions currently used by a large number of municipalities in the Nordic countries. The system is modular and developed to integrate with other systems, as well as to support applicable regulations within individual and family services and health and social care.
The implementation aims to support and further develop work processes within the city’s operations, with the goal of contributing to increased quality, continuity, and efficiency in service delivery.
