Welcome to Tieto Keilalahti campus!
P.O. Box 2
The entrance to Tieto’s premises (FG building, first on your left when arriving) is open 7.30-17.00 EET. When you visit Keilalahti, you will be welcomed at the main entrance on the first floor, where you will be registered and receive a visitor badge.
The 2nd floor of Tieto Keilalahti Campus is dedicated for customer and partner meetings. On the 8th floor we have facilities for collaboration and flexible, agile use. Tieto’s office areas on floors 3-7 are for employees only.
How to get there
If you come by car, you can enter the visitor parking by using the parking complex's second entrance (follow the signs). The gates to the parking will open automatically, but visitors can only exit the area with a code that can be received from our lobby. There is also a public parking area with 200 spaces behind the parking complex, open to all.
There is a direct metro line from Helsinki and Espoo to Keilaniemi. You can use either of the metro lines (M1 or M2). The metro stop Keilaniemi is located 5 minute walk away from our office.
By taxi, the journey from Helsinki city centre takes about 15 minutes and from the airport around 30–60 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Empathic Building enhancing experiences
Tieto Empathic Building service supports everyday life at Tieto Keilalahti Campus. Part of Tieto’s own data-driven offering, the service collects, combines and analyzes data gathered from thousands of sensors in the premises and displays it as simple and understandable information. Through a browser-based app the service can be smoothly used by employees for example to find free work desks and meeting rooms.
All in all the service enables the smart use and development of the office surroundings, including sustainability aspects and ways of working.
About the building
The building complex, as well as the whole area around Keilalahti, has been a central place for Finnish innovation and technology for over 20 years. Designed by architects Pekka Helin and Tuomo Sitkonen, the building was constructed 1995-1997, originally for Nokia’s head office.
The FG building, where Tieto is located, is an extension of the building complex, completed in 2001. The building is characterized by two atriums around which the working spaces spin. The double façade structure was the first of its kind in Finland, and received the “Steel construction of the year” award in 1997. Tieto has office spaces also in the AB building together with Microsoft, and the CD building is dedicated to Fortum.
