The challenge

A very complex and expensive system setup called for an update. To move from 14 different homepages, 6 ECM solutions and 3 web portals, it was essential to consolidate everything into a single ECM solution. It was thus important to find a strategic sparring partner to collaborate continuously throughout a rapid development period—both organisationally and system wise.

The solution

With one common digital foundation, Tieto's ECM solution Public 360° and eArchive 360° became the foundation for their entire digitalisation journey. Two years after the move they reach more settlements faster than previously and all historic data has been consolidated into a common eArchive.

 

About the customer

Nævnenes Hus is a government agency in Viborg serving 19 independent complaints and appeals boards. They help ensure that final settlements are made in conflicts between citizens and the government.
