Tieto to support Prometera's future growth with its cloud solution

Swedish energy metering company Prometera AB has signed a three-year contract with Tieto to increase efficiency and enable future growth. The contract is based on a partnership model, covering a service for Workflow and Errand Management, including interfaces towards subcontractors and service partners, as well as Device Management, including warehousing and logistics management of meters and infrastructure equipment. The solution is delivered as a cloud solution, i.e. Software as a Service.

To achieve efficiency and meet future growth, Prometera needed an IT partner to automate their processes that were previously handled manually. It is important for the company to have an IT environment that meets future requirements not only as a unified environment but also with unified processes. Tieto's Workflow Management System (WMS) helps Prometera automate their processes and make the measurement collection, settlement and associated functions more efficient. This significantly reduces the cost to serve for Prometera.
