Tieto Latvia (Reg. No. 40003193130) is extending Service desk and On-site Support unit and invites to join our team.

Customer Support Specialist

You will responsible for providing technical support services to customers (internal and external) including troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.

Your key tasks will include

  • Processing customer requests in financial IT product support (register all requests, passing to appropriate specialist, track the progress of solving)   
  • Solving the certain types of requests
  • Informing customers on different issues
  • Handling 1st level onsite support tasks (computer installations, troubleshoot, etc.)
  • Handling IT procurement related tasks (consulting users for IT related purchases, communicate with local vendors)

We expect you to have

  • Good English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Good Latvian language skills
  • Russian language skills (spoken and read)
  • Good communication skills, initiative and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and share the knowledge
  • Good computer user skills
