Are you looking for a career with a company that both challenge and cares? Welcome to Tieto! We are currently looking for a Continuous Service Manager (CSM) within Tieto Education.

Tieto Education is delivering solutions for Nordic school administrations and this role will be focusing on the Swedish customer base. You will be part of a service and delivery team consisting of other CSMs as well as deployment teams, Support specialist, Technical support, Integration specialist as well as Delivery management. The location for this role is flexible and your primary location can be either Stockholm, Skellefteå, Karlstad or Umeå.

Example of activities are:

  • Ensuring that delivered contract objectives are achieved
  • Service-related communication with the customer
  • Understanding of product and release road maps
  • Good understanding of our customers/municipalities school domain
  • Marketing Tieto towards customers and identifies potential sale cases
  • Work proactively towards customer
  • Customer specific 3rd party interaction

What we expect of you:

  • Responsible for agreed prioritized customers and our services delivered to them
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction within your customer base
  • Accountable for operational level management including Service Level Management, contract fulfilment, and Continual Service Improvement processes  
  • Understand the customer’s IT needs and how Tieto can contribute to and lead the digitalization

Who you are

  • We see that you have previous experience of a similar role and have experience in customer relations
  • Due to customer requirements, for this role, you need to be fluent in Swedish both in speech and in writing
  • You are enthusiastic, selling and driven by interacting with the customer in both delivery and business level
  • You see problems as challenges and easily take the lead to towards solutions
  • You have experience from service delivery and are interested and curious about learning more about the customers' problems and working methods
  • You are analytical, innovative and structured in your way of work

What you need to win the game  

  • You have an academic degree or equal experience suitable for this role
  • You have experience of handling customer relationships
  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing
  • You have experience of interacting with all lot of different part of a product development organization
