In this position you will be responsible mainly for :

  • ticketing system maintenance, configuration, optimization and installation / we use ITSM (ticketing) tool from ServiceNow, one of the biggest players on the market in this segment
  • administration of ticket tool as part of incident, problem and change management design and deployment. Including documentation creation and it’s maintenance,
  • seeking for improvements, standardization and automation of routine work.

We are looking for:

  • communicative and customer oriented colleague,
  • knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems
  • knowledge of MySQL (Oracle, MS SQL) database systems is advantage
  • and her/his English is on good level in oral and written

As an advantage we appreciate if you have:

  • knowledge of Java scripting, PHP, Java, HTML, XML,
  • experience with ServiceNow tools,
  • knowledge of ITIL and it’s processes or ITIL v3 Foundation certificate
