Workspace / End User Services Architect
Our job in End User Services is to provide top level solutions and successful project deliveries as a trusted partner for our customers. Our Architects are playing key role in this journey.
We’re now looking for a Workspace Architect to participate in different service/technology implementation customer projects and to provide technical consultancy regarding traditional and modern Microsoft technologies.
Workspace Architect has an important role as trusted consultant for our customers by offering them consulting and technical guidance. In this role you’ll plan solutions for our customers by collecting and analyzing requirements and transforming them as solutions to be implemented. You’ll implement solutions and/or work as Technical Lead or Technical Specialist role in the Workspace Service area with focus on the public/private/hybrid cloud solutions. Your role will also include acting as technical sales support.
Examples of possible working days with us:
You are participating to the roadmap planning workshop with our key customers with agenda to discuss development roadmap of the services. Later, you’ll work with the customer specific proposal and technical solution according the customer business needs.
Our customer is modernizing their Workspace services and development project is going to be initiated. You are working together with the Project Manager / Service Manager to plan high level solution design/deployment plan; identifying technical dependencies and needed capacity and personnel resources. As no one is expert of everything you consult your colleagues with different areas of expertise to be able to finalize solution.
We have delivery project ongoing and our specialist team is requiring support with the Group Policy Management. You are discussing with couple of Technical Specialist, providing guidance and verifying that project can continue with correct technical track.
You are concentrating of implementing Windows Autopilot solution.
