As LTE L1/L2 SW Troubleshooter, you will be responsible for:

Cooperating with multi-site international network of experts working on modern telecommunication systems for top world market radio telecom vendors.

In your role as Troubleshooter you will become responsible for analyzing trouble reports (problems) in LTE L1/L2 Baseband Area reported by our Clients. Your primary job will be to understand reported issue, investigate and find out the root cause and propose a possible solution.

You will work in an international team of 3GPP/LTE Troubleshooters with close cooperation with other teams of testers and software developers. As we know solving problems alone might be hard, that is why every of our sites have Lead Troubleshooters and specific area experts who will support you and whom you will be cooperating with. What is more we offer comprehensive training on competences you need, investigation methods and tools we use. We will take care for you from start.

Your daily activities will be as follow: 

  • analyzing incoming trouble reports
  • finding root causes of actual problems
  • driving investigation of complex software issues
  • propose solutions 

To succeed in this role, you are a result driven person able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing environment but still enjoy working with people from all around the world.

We expect you to have: 

  • Higher technical education of Computer Science or related
  • Knowledge and skills within the area of SW designing methods (e.g. UML, MSC, use cases, scenarios, etc)
  • Knowledge within telecommunication area especially Radio, LTE, SW development, CI, Continuous Deployment
  • Experience in SW engineering (Git, Gerrit, Linux, C, Gdb)
  • Understanding computer architecture and operating systems
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Innovating, adapting and responding to change
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good English, both written and spoken
