Service Management and Integration (SIAM) Head for Customer Delivery and Continuous Improvement
We are looking for Senior Manager / Service Management professional to lead Service Management Office (SMO) on behalf of customer. This role is responsible for a specific Customer SIAM delivery to fulfil Tieto’s contractual responsibilities, ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction and be on top of financials. SIAM service scope includes all Service Management activities for client’s Run services - application, ICT infra and end user services. As Head of SMO, you will be responsible in client’s IT ecosystem to lead continual improvement (for example multi-vendor tactical meetings) and be responsible for supplier management and suppliers’ contract compliance. You will be leading onshore-offshore senior professional team +15 people. Your customer will be global with company headquarters in Finland.
