Service Management and Integration (SIAM) Head for Customer Delivery and Continuous Improvement

We are looking for Senior Manager / Service Management professional to lead Service Management Office (SMO) on behalf of customer. This role is responsible for a specific Customer SIAM delivery to fulfil Tieto’s contractual responsibilities, ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction and be on top of financials. SIAM service scope includes all Service Management activities for client’s Run services - application, ICT infra and end user services. As Head of SMO, you will be responsible in client’s IT ecosystem to lead continual improvement (for example multi-vendor tactical meetings) and be responsible for supplier management and suppliers’ contract compliance. You will be leading onshore-offshore senior professional team +15 people. Your customer will be global with company headquarters in Finland.


  • SIAM experience in practice (implementation & run), leading suppliers on behalf of global customer company, setting up governance model and reporting frameworks (preferred SIAM Foundation certificate)
  • Proven leadership skills and experienced leading global delivery with onshore-offshore model  
  • Excellent communication skills (presenting up to CIO level), lead other suppliers in ecosystem, and proactive way of working with customer organisation
  • Good understanding about IT Run operations and their components including applications (SAP, BI reporting, SalesForce), ICT infra (hosting and capacity, connectivity, collaboration), end user services (global service desk, onsite services, workstations, mobile devices)
  • Good understanding of financials and IT service cost structures
  • Excellent ITIL and good ServiceNow fundamentals knowledge, with practical experience in process design & implementation (preferred ITIL Expert certification and ITIL4 Foundation)
