Do you enjoy solving customer requirements? Do you speak English fluently? Do you have an IT education? If so, the position of a Service Desk Specialist will open the door to the world of IT and Tieto. Possibility to move to other teams within Tieto after a year and a half.

You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving our customers’ IT requests through communication channels (phone, chat, email)
  • Solution of outages and customer requirements
  • Communication with technical teams
  • Responsibility for even distribution of requirements among specialists

Required knowledge:

  • EU citizenship
  • IT education
  • Willingness to work on shifts – 24 hours /7 days
  • Fluent English at level B2 or higher
  • Good communication  skills
  • Ability to work in a team
