Tieto is looking for SDM’s for new and current customers within End User Services. We have a large number of exiting Nordic and Global customers, private as well as public.

What we expect of you

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead the development and be responsible for the daily delivery to one of Tieto's larger customers.

  • Responsible for services delivered to the customer to fulfill agreed requirements
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction within your delivery area
  • Accountable for operational level management including Service Level Management, contract fulfillment and Continual Service Improvement processes
  • Responsible for operational profitability
  • Support sales activities and find new needs at the customer where Tieto can add value
  • Financial management including forecast, invoicing, cost control
  • Develop and broaden the relationship with the customer
  •  Understand the customer’s IT needs and how Tieto can contribute to and lead the digitalization

What you need to win the game  

We see that you have previous experience of a similar role and have experience in both delivery, projects and customer relations, preferably from larger customers.

Based on customer requirements, for this role you need fluent Swedish and English both in speech and in writing.
