We are dedicated to value driven service delivery. We believe in agility and DevOps ways of working. We are now looking for a Sales and Business Coordinator to join our Continuous Services team. As a Sales and Business Coordinator you will help our Continuous Services business grow and improve ways of working and productivity within sales. You will be working with high performing international Continuous Services teams.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Assisting Business Owners, Customer Leads and Service Managers within Continuous Services Sales area
Putting together high-quality sales presentations and proposals and making sure to meet the set deadlines together with other Sales team members
Active contract management and coordinating contract documentation generation for Continuous Services Customers
Filing and maintaining other important sales documents and communicating relevant information with stakeholders
Working with other teams and units within the company to gain needed information for sales material and contracts
Supporting on partnership management e.g. supplier cooperation
Updating and maintaining service costs and taking care of purchase invoicing related tasks

You should have:
Some experience and basic understanding of sales process, preferably in B2B area
Very good communication skills in Finnish and English (written, oral)
Eye for details, patience and accuracy in documentation creation
Visual eye for generating attractive sales presentations
Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and interest to learn other IT tools
Passion on sales and developing new ways on delivering Continuous Services
As a person you are service minded and result oriented facilitator and collaborator. You are proactive and self-organized and have the drive to make things happen. You thrive from learning new things and you are willing to develop yourself as well as our Continuous Services Sales further.
