Tieto Smart Utility (TSU) is a new age software product portfolio aiming to cater to the needs of Retail and DSO energy companies. We have various customer deliveries which are ongoing and scheduled. We are a diverse team with geographic presence in multiple locations, namely Nordics, Czech, India, Latvia etc. Being part of TSU will give you an opportunity to work with multicultural team comprising 450 plus members and products developed in various technologies.


Currently, we are looking for an experienced QA/Testing Manager for our newly formed Continuous Services QA team with following competence.

  • Coordinate with the delivery projects and Product Managers for timely and quality delivery to end customers
  • Initiate the handover process from testing point of view for the scheduled customer deliveries
  • Take full ownership of testing for “in production” customers
  • Identify the needs of Test Automation and drive the same with a well-defined approach and strategy
  • Take part in customer demonstration and discussion from the quality point of view
  • Manage and work with multi-cultural teams across the geographies
  • Collaborate with existing and prospective customers aiming to improve overall customer service experience
  • Identify and implement testing process improvement ideas and enhancements

Required experience:

  • At least 5 years experience of test & test management of business critical software for Energy Retail and Distribution companies in the Nordics.
  • At least 5 years experience of working with distributed test teams in India and Europe
  • Fluent in English
