We are looking for a new Head of Consulting for Public 360°.

Public 360° supports national archiving and case management standards in the Nordics and is a standardized solution which provides for seamless resident services and digitized case management. In Public 360° it is possible to link collaborative spaces, where the participants can share information, to various projects and cases. Based on process automation capabilities, it’s possible for customers to increase efficiency and quality in case and document management. 

The role of Head of Consulting for Public 360° is vital in our business transformation. Overall Consulting is responsible for our implementation projects and advisory projects associated with Public 360°. It drives value added services and owns project implementation processes and common way of working. Consulting drives our digitalization journey including digitalization and automation of processes.

As a product house we are a leading independent software vendor building our solutions on the latest Microsoft technology and have been several times been rewarded as worldwide Microsoft partner of year. Our philosophy is to be a first mover in adopting new technology and agile development methods. We are currently in a transition moving our whole business into a cloud-based business model.

You will be accountable for

  • Profit and loss of the Public 360° consulting business
  • Successful and high-quality implementation of Public 360° in important digitalization projects in the Nordics
  • Improved customer satisfaction based on strong consulting and delivery capabilities
  • Transformation of our consulting delivery and ways of working into scalable and unified processes
  • Renewal of our consulting offerings, including our public sector digitalization journey that will support our aims for a smarter society
  • Building a new identity in consulting that in a motivating way will transform our consulting practice from on premise to a cloud first approach
  • For the organizational setup of consulting and a well-functioning management team with strong product and advisory competence, with clear accountabilities and responsibilities

You will be part of the Public 360° management team, directly leading the consulting business, with line manager responsibilities for employees and consulting teams in Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen. You will be coaching your peers and the managers reporting to you in digitalization concepts, how to run and transform a consulting practice within a product business and digitalization policy in the Nordics with focus on public sector.

As a member of the Public 360° management team you will take shared responsibility for:

  • The overall success of Public 360° in the Nordics including total revenue and operating margin
  • An optimized value chain across the Public 360° organization
  • Relevant change projects that will help us succeed as a software vendor in the Nordics, including our onboarding concept for young professionals

What you need to win the game 

  • Preferably good understanding of public sector procurement processes and public sector agenda. 
  • Insight in digitalization trends and transformation, including cloud, and how new technologies and consulting services can be combined in new offerings.
  • Experienced in relevant consulting practises and methodologies that can help customers renew business processes.
  • Excellent understanding of how technology can provide added value to the business and our product offerings. External view the world from customer and business opportunity perspective.
  • Strong business acumen, and experience in driving a consulting business.
  • Actively live our values and embraces them in decision making, communication and when setting the expectations to the organization.
  • Facilitates the development of high-potential individuals and groups across Tieto to make the best use of their talent.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree required in business administration, information science, economics or other relevant fields.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
