Within EUS in Hybrid Infra we modernize our customers IT landscape to drive efficiency, agility and innovation to realize their digital ambitions.

EUS is really in the forefront in developing and delivering workplace services recognized by Gartner, Radar Group and other IT analysts.

Our customers are mainly large Nordic organizations operating in various industries as well as in the public sector. Our aim is to become the market leader in the Nordics and the first choice for our customers business renewal. We drive delivery quality and customer satisfaction for all services within Technology Services and Modernization together with the market units.

Your contribution and background:
As customer operations manager, COM, you are responsible for managing the continuous services. You work closely as customer interface in the customer team being the escalation point for operational issues and lead operational governance. 

Co-ordination of the different part of the services covering resource, service level and cost management are the main parts in your workday.  You are accountable for keeping the delivery data and documentation up to date.  Customer’s operational development and improvement are essential, and you also contribute with sales signals and leadership in the customer team.

We expect you to have:

Experience in End user services deliveries and develop your knowledge around the EUS standard services.

You are familiar with ITIL principles, Tieto’s IPS delivery process and tools, preferably worked in projects, possessing a natural interest in continuous improvement.

You have excellent communication and networking skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish. You also have excellent interaction skills with the customer on operative level in continuous services related issues. We also expect you to have a capability to meet, along with rest of the team, the tight productivity targets in your responsibility area. 
You possess excellent social and networking skills, manages yourself to large extent and like working in a team. You take accountability for your own actions and commitments, working actively and independently towards the targets, focusing on outcomes and quality.
