We are looking for candidates to join Tieto Retail Payments and Cards unit as a Business Analyst in Customer team responsible for working with customers in Central and Eastern Europe region.
Your main responsibilities would be:
Customer business requirements analysis, change request processing and solution description preparation.
Participation in pre-study for new sales cases and in implementation projects.
Participation in business trips to customers.
Consulting customers and colleagues regarding product business features.
Tieto Card Suite product presenting and demonstrating to customers.
Participation in meetings with customers and contributing to customer roadmap development.
Qualifications required from candidates:
Fluent spoken & written Latvian and English. If candidate has fluent Russian this is bonus.
Preferable a university degree in Finance, Business Administration or IT.
Experience in the card business will be treated as bonus.
Analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
Great presentation, communication and argumentation skills.
Ability to travel.
