It is a prerequisite for a Sales Manager to have great communication skills, a strong interest in the field of IT, as well as an entrepreneurial and inquisitive personality. Working as a Sales Manager can be boiled down to three things. Firstly, it is about having market and industry insight, and customer understanding. Secondly, it is about being proactive,and building partnerships based on trust and openness. Thirdly, it is about keeping constant contact to Tieto’s delivery organization in order to create an interface between customers and the technical specialists and enable an open dialogue.
