In 2017 Tieto Healthcare business opened in Szczecin and we are growing rapidly. Important element is that we are developing our own products for which we are taking full responsibility from concept to sales and maintenance.

We work in an agile, multinational organization, developing current and next generation software products supporting hospitals, clinics, doctors and their patients.

As a Test Automation Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining Healthcare products as part of Agile development team & working in collaboration with a global team.

  • Communicating any risks, bottlenecks in the delivery to stakeholders.

  • Reviewing and verifying functional and system requirements and ensuring that the project deliverables adhere to QA criteria and comply with the requirements prior to deployment.

  • Managing test data.

  • Writing of test scripts.

  • Estimating testing activities.

  • Proactive identification/raising bugs.

  • Suggesting new ideas/improvements as and when feasible.

  • Mentoring and training team members.

Quality of the code you will develop will influence not only simple arrangements of doctor’s appointments but also life-and-death situations in medical triaging of incoming hospital patients. This is why we are looking not only for good developers but also for responsible persons who can appreciate the importance of well-tested code and know that somebody’s life may depend on it.

We expect you to have:

  • Excellent knowledge of testing/QA processes

  • Strong hands on experience on Test Automation using one or more of the following tools

    • Selenium web driver using C#

    • Robot framework

    • RanoRex using C#

    • Mobile testing using Test Automation

    • Performance/API functional testing using Jmeter

    • Testing front end using Karma, Jasmine or angular-mocks

  • Experience in identifying and writing test cases and test scripts from functional requirements

  • Database knowledge (using SQL server scripts)

  • Good English and communication skills.

  • Experience in working in agile (scrum) environments.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Healthcare Systems and HIS

  • Willingness to develop into a full-stack developer

  • Experience using source control systems (git)
