Furthermore, we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed in Tieto from day one. Tieto's Onboarding virtual program lasts the first year of your employment and contains interactive presentations, guides, journeys and surveys. The guides and journeys help you to learn about things that will be useful in your day to day work life in a fun way and you have the convenience to go through them at your own time and pace. The surveys help us to understand how you are doing and share your experiences with everyone else.
During your first weeks you go through a basic induction that is led by your manager that welcomes you as a new employee and guides you in to your role. We also arrange induction days where you get a good picture of our strategy, goals and organization but also a deeper insight to our culture, behavioral principals and identity. These all really build your understanding and knowledge of Tieto as an employer.
