- Basic Support – telephone support, advice, and active participation in system problem analysis during normal business hours (8:00 to 17:00 CET).
- Repair or replacement of faulty hardware components, such as communications controllers.
- Correction of software and documentation defects.
- Distribution of maintenance releases.
- Customer Web login for easy access to Signaling Products.
- Extended Support outside normal business hours, e.g. helpdesk access at a 24/7/365 basis.
- On-site assistance.
