At Tietoevry India, our societal engagements allow us to promote inclusion even outside of our company. One significant engagement is with the Lila Poonawalla Foundation (LPF), aimed at supporting the educational aspirations of meritorious girls through need-based scholarships. Namrata Badhekar, an LPF beneficiary who is now working as a Lead Software Engineer at Tietoevry Care, exemplifies the impact of the scholarship. Namrata received an LPF scholarship which enabled her to pursue a master’s degree in computer applications. Engaging in numerous skill development programs offered by the Foundation further honed her abilities and paved the way for a successful launch of her career in technology. Currently, as part of the ‘Lifecare Open Platform’ team at Tietoevry Care, Namrata contributes to streamlining patient care through the development of openEHR clinical applications. We are delighted by Namrata’s journey and wish she reaches greater heights in her career.
