Tieto young professionals community

Tieto young professionals (TYP) is a lively community where young employees network, share ideas and get to know each other and Tieto better. Today, we have active communities in Finland and Sweden. Almost 500 young employees have joined already and the number is increasing.

The community is organizing interesting activities regularly where young professionals create ideas, develop their skills and purely have fun! The activities range from career events to informal get-togethers.

“The events have been a great success gathering active attendees every time,” says Tiina Mustalahti, the founder of the Finnish network.

“We have been astonished how fast the network has grown and how enthusiastic our young employees have been about the network and its activities! It seems there’s been demand for this kind of group to learn, grow and have fun,” Mustalahti adds.
