Are you a student or a young professional? Depending on the country, we offer several opportunities for different kinds of assignments ranging from internships to permanent agreements.
As an example, in one of our Nordic countries we offer extensive training programmes for recently graduated young professionals who have a higher university degree. Already dozens of juniors have been hired to the permanent positions as SAP consultants, project managers, analysts, software developers, technical specialists and sales managers.
Generation T trainees, as we call them, have undergone an interesting introduction programme of getting a comprehensive look into Tieto as a whole and valuable insight of our business. The programme members have been supported with named mentors. Together, they have created a valuable network to be utilized in the future. Similar kinds of programmes are run in other countries.
In one of our middle European countries we have arranged coding competitions for young professionals as well as a programming academy which offers free software development training for students conducted by our own employees.

Talent program for young professionals
For already employed young talents we have launched a special programme called Hi-Po-Drome. That is a programme dedicated to young high potentials. Hi-Po-Drome is about Tieto business exploration, extensive learning and creation of innovative solutions.
