Tieto and Aito to offer new customer experience management services to operators
Tieto has concluded a partnership agreement with Aito Technologies, a Finnish company, to offer communication service providers completely new solutions for customer experience and business management. The agreement will expand Aito’s and Tieto´s solutions offering and enable comprehensive and real-time customer interaction monitoring for the operators.
