Tieto is integrating Vacon's global data systems

Tieto's integration service will connect the business support system of Vacon, a frequency converter manufacturer, with the production management of the company's factories. The systems include global enterprise resource planning, customer data, sales and product data management systems.  Reliable integration of the systems enables unified processes, which are reflected in the form of better customer service.

Integration allows the information to flow between Vacon's primary business support systems without delay. All standardized information is centrally manageable and can be easily copied to new offices as well. Tieto's service organizations in Vilna, Lithuania, and Ostrava, Czech Republic, provide 24/7 monitoring services. In addition to the integration services, Tieto offers Vacon consulting services on development of ERP systems and digitalized services.
