The future of digital, social and collaborative workplace

 
Tieto participates in the Ability Partner Conference "The future of digital, social and collaborative workplace", which takes place on 1-2 February at the Scandic Hassselbacken in Stockholm.

Oscar Berg is one of the speakers at the conference. He is working on the implementation of Tieto Future Office® as an advisor, strategist and analyst. He also runs a blog which is considered as one of the largest in Enterprise 2.0.

There will be expert lectures and round table discussions where participants get the chance to discuss current topics and exchange knowledge with colleagues from other organizations.

Some of the items that will be taken up and discussed about are:

• Cultural and behavioral changes - new ways to lead, engage, innovate and create participation through new digital, social and collaborative online tools
• New opportunities for knowledge sharing in the digital, mobile and social environments - how to get employees to share knowledge and skills
• Mobility - the example smart phones and surf boards can be used, what is required and how they enhance and facilitate the cooperation
