Board of Directors

It is the general obligation of Tieto's Board of Directors to safeguard the interests of the company and its shareholders. Members of the Board are elected annually by the AGM.

Operative management

The President and CEO is assisted by the Leadership Team, which includes the heads of Market Units, the head of Strategy, the head of Operations, the CFO and the head of HR.

The company has also set an Extended Leadership Team. This team comprises the Leadership Team members and five other key persons.
